Managing to get to Zumba once a week and the odd run here and there, but with a 12 wo baby at home, it's easier to exercise at home. I've never done a workout dvd before so what do other people use? Any recommendations? I have just over a stone to lose to be back to pre pg weight, but would love to shift two stone if possible! Bfing so not dieting as such, just eating sensibly and cutting out rubbish.
