I've got a chest infection, should I still continue on Lighterlife packs whilst on packs?

Have been to doc today and they prescribed amoxycillin.

Forgot to mention about the diet. Now a bit worried that being on packs and antibiotics may not be a good thing??

Have put a call out to the counsellor tonight, but any advice in the meantime would be much appreciated.

Just phone Lighterlife and apparently taking antibiotics whilst on the packs is fine. You just need to take them at the same time as the packs.
