She meant well,i mean she has my best interests at heart,need to sort my weight out i know,time to make changes.

Wonder how many other people have noticed?

A male aquaintence told me last week that I had porked on a few pounds. I just laughed and said I know. Don't take offence, I'm sure she just wants you to be healthy and happy and I am sure you have noticed too. Who cares what others think of your weight? Are you unhappy?
