Is there a limit on how much egg (specifically yolk) you can eat when low carbing?

I am going to low carb again on Monday, it works wonderfully but I always eat a load of eggs.

I generally have a 3 egg omelette every day, plus hard boiled eggs for snacks.

Should I restrict it to egg white really?

I don't think so, I certainly didn't.

Are you worried about cholesterol? AFAIK its been decided that eggs are ok.

Carbohydrate is not an issue with eggs. However, you would be wise to go for a bit more variety in your diet if you're trying to lose weight.

no limit, i have 2 every day! yolks contain fat. but even to me that sounds like a lot of eggs!

Potatoes - eggs have the good cholestrol
