Have bought a months worth - am going to use them like Antabuse. I'm so scared to get the shits - you have to keep your meals to under 19g of fat.
Any tips on what to eat or avoid?
I'm guessing I have to change my menu choice tonight of poached duck eggs with chilli hollandaise sauce grrrr.

I use the stronger version that is prescribed by my gp. Its called Xenical and has 120mg of orlistat per tablet. I also go to weight watchers and have lost 3 stone in 3 months
I eat pretty much what the family is having but i weigh my portions.
I dont eat really fatty stuff like pizza/chips etc

The Alli has 60mg of orlistat - but heres hoping for some kind of result.

How over weight do you have to be to get the GP to give you the Xenical?

My friends mum got it but she has about 7 or 8 stone to lose. I reckon I could do with losing 2 or 3.
