Help me do something with my stomach muscles - sorry if been done before

After 4 babies I feel I really need to do a bit of re-training. I can't access a gym and to be honest don't think I have the confidence even if I did.

I have put on about a stone on top of baby weight which doesn't help so started low fat options. Not really a "diet" as such as I eat fairly healthy but trying to cut out wine, biscuits etc. Also bought a cross trainer which I can use at home.

But when I see my stomach in the mirror I just don't know how the hell to do something about it. I'm not trying to have a six pack only trying to get rid of the overhang. Is there any other options other than sit-ups as I really struggle to do them. Someone suggested crunches but not really sure what the difference is. Can anyone help? Sorry if this has been talked about recently.

Jillian Michaels, do 30 day shred DVD first and then do 6 week 6 pack DVD.

Need also to lose weight, need to cut out sugar and refined carbs to lose belly fat.

another vote for the Shred DVD here - buy it - do it - you'll never look back!

Are you familiar with the plank position in yoga? Works wonders.
