I'm huge. Just seen a photo. Size 18-20 at 5ft 1in. I can't deny it anymore. I know about cutting down my portions and will do - also started menu planning so I don't eat crap.
I'm planning to start swimming twice a week (if I can deforest my legs!
) but what would you see as a reasonable length target (25m pool)?
I don't want to say 5 lengths and give up coz it's too easy - but I don't want to say 50 lengths and give up coz it's too hard.
Anyone got a clue?!
