I'm looking to lose some weight, and I've looked at Slimming World and Weight Watchers. My slight concern is that I have coeliac's disease, so cannot eat any gluten.
Does anyone have any experience of doing these programmes with an allergy? Are the recipes adaptable? What are the recipes like? I can get gluten free replacements for pasta/bread/flour etc, but I don't know if this will work?
