been told by theri GP that they have to lose weight? And has anyone been successful? and how?

I was told my mine to lose weight, it would help relieve other problems. So he arranged an appointment with a dietician for me. So far, so good.

She told me not to eat the skin off chicken and eat more yoghurts.
