Been reading the Dukan option and it seems a harder version than Zoe. Put all my weight back on Sad and need to slim down again. Just really struggling to motivate myself at the moment Biscuit and am feeling down about being a fatty.

Looking for words of inspiration I guess!

I'm going to do this. I've had a few days of overindulging and I need a strict kick start.
It worked really well for me last time I did it but I only did the 5 day plan. I lost 6lbs.

When are you starting?

Monday. I have had no sleep for past 2 night as lo's have been vomitting all over the ouse! Have been swigging espresso and eating biscuites as feel too tired to cook! Not really the ethos of Harcome! Have done a plan of what I intened to eat next week and done online shop so I have everything. Less excuses then!

I started it today and am loving it already.
It's amazing how much better I feel.

I did go shopping yesterday though and stocked up on everything I need so I should be able to stick to it over the weekend.

I don't give up coffee or mushrooms and it still works.

Yes, I feel so much better when doing this. Cant wait to feel like that again! In fact, can start in the morning I think and get through till mon on whats in the fridge.

Its definatley the best plan for me for shifting the weight.
