For the last 3 weeks, DH has been doing 30-60 mins exercise a night, plus cutting out chocolate& eating healthily. He's been doing really well and lost about 6 lb. We had a busy weekend with a picnic and a few glasses of wine (but nothing outrageous) and he appears to have put the whole lot back on; he's gutted and utterly dejected! Is this just how things go-I'm not quite sure what to say to him :(
