OMG am fat - cam on now for a new us 40's thread

Hi, itstheclimb, happy birthday for Monday!

I am old, fat and frumpy so perhaps I need to jump on yet another thread to sort myself out . Have joined/lurked on loads of threads but am so inconsistant, I sway from obsessive to can't be bothered.

However, on a high note....I am also on MFP and there is a thread running about setting daily goals, simple ones to make a difference, ie, up water intake/30 mins exercise....small steps rather than giant leaps...fancy giving it a go?
