Hi Everyone - I have pretty much done every diet going over the last 25 years. WW, SL, Atkins etc.
Anyway - have decided that simple good eating regime and exercise plan is the way to go.
Have a great mate who is writing me a fitness plan as we speak and my first major gym session is on Thursday.
I am basically following WW as I have all the books etc - low carbing as well which means lots more to eat!
I know what I have to do but what I really need is support along the way.

Starting weight 11.8
Target weight 9.10
I am 5'3" so a right little tubber!

Please join me and let's encourage eachother.

Can we weigh in on Fridays? That's always the best day for me!

Well I had a dreadful (only weight-wise) weekend! Went out on Friday night for the first time in about six months so may have gone a teeny bit overboard with the alcohol so in my v hungover state on Saturday I had a very greasy Chinese with chips! Back to WW tomorrow, I'm dreading it.
Going to try to catch up with you all now in one fell swoop!
iamamug - same as you, I feel as though I've been at WW for most of my life! Though I have been to goal twice, so think it works for me. I'm going through my WW cook books and going to meal plan. How are the gym sessions going? 2lbs is good, I'd be happy if I could do that every week!
Sleepyspaniel - how was your first weigh-in? I'm an ex-smoker too (5yrs) it's SO not worth going back there, we'd only have to give them up again eventually and put on even more weight! Grin @Ripped in 30 sounds like something to do with childbirth

Becklet - think I'd faint if I didn't have solids till evening, how do you manage it?
Collision - 25lbs is fab, well done!
Boo81 - 5lb off is brilliant!
Wentworthmillermad - hope your holiday goes well. I know what you mean about photos, I try to avoid having my photo taken at the moment.
Hammy02 - hopefully the Friday weigh-in will help us with the weekend indulgences!
Twinkle183 - I know what you mean about "just the one" biscuit!
MrsGerardButler - I've been walking a lot too and might even dust off my exercise bike!

Ripped in 30 is the new dvd from Jillian Michaels... (she does the biggest loser) and she is completely hardcore. She also does the 30 day shred... but really think I shall use my natalie cassidy dvd..!!

Am in a complete mood today Sad as I had to have a filling and I really hate dentists, I did't even think I needed the bloody thing!!! So have hardly anything to eat....

Am gonna go training tonight.... keep going girlies!!! Hopefully shall see some movement on the scales!!!

Well I'm depressed now! Sad

Lost a total of 7lbs the first two weeks of doing Cambridge, then at weigh in today had gained 2lbs! So now back up to 12st 9lbs.

Off to Egypt next week on all inclusive, so can't exactly see myself losing any weight while I'm there! Think I will admit defeat until after my week away, then go for it...

Think that Cambridge is just too restrictive for me - slainte no solids till tea time is properly hideous, you're right! Is anyone doing the new Propoints thing with WW?I've never done WW before so don't know anything about it. Is it as confusing as SW? Smile

Weigh in today - 11.5 happy as it's moving - albeit slowly.(3lb in 10 days)
Gym going really well - I have managed 3 times this week.
Mt dream outfit would be jersey wrap dress that doesn't look like I have 2 melons up my top!
Well done everyone so far.

Can I join in please? Back from hols yesterday and all the wine and food has added an extra half stone to my already too chunky frame Sad (was fun though Grin)

So today i am 11st 7
target weight 9st 10

I want to wear skinny jeans and boots without having fat thighs and a muffin top this autumn! I'm hoping the first few lbs will shift quite quickly as they are probably a bit water based due to holiday excesses so my mini goal is to lose a stone by the time the kids go back to school - good luck everyone!

WinterLover · 07/08/2011 19:44

Hiya can I join too please? Would like to lose 1 or 2 stone, had my baby 2 weeks ago and although im now back to pre-pregnancy weight would like to tone up and lose a bit more.

Starting weight: 74kg
Goal: 63kg
Total to lose: 11kg

Hello to all, weighed in on Friday and have lost 3lbs this week Grin I'm happy with that and will try to get to WW this week, though we've just decided to sell our house and we've loads of decluttering to do, so that'll keep me busy all month week.

iamamug · 08/08/2011 14:15

Bad weekend Sad
Out Friday night - way too much to drink - resulting hangover on Saturday means carb cravings.
Sunday out for lunch as wedding anniversary and it's my birthday today so have already awarded myself a cheese sandwich and crisps!!!
I am a bad bad bad girl.
I know I will pay for this but am going to try not to weigh until Friday and do more gym sessions before then.
Good luck everyone.
becklet you will lose loads in Egypt when the Egyptian tummy gets you lol!!
