I am on Level 2 Day 7. I am very careful about my knees so my attempt at the lunges is a bit feeble, and I do the easy version of the plank jacks and squat thrusts.
I am 51 - perhaps I'm too old for this? MIL thinks I should do "a bit of gentle Keep Fit, dear..."
Anyone else doing it who's as old as/older than me?
