Can you convert Propoints to old WW points?

I am getting on really well with WeightWatchers - I do it by myself, on the old Points system and I know it inside out. But when I look up something up on the internet all I can find is the ProPoints values. Is there a way of converting Propoints to old Points or is it a completely different system? TIA.

Completely different system that uses protein, fat (full not saturated), carbs and fibre to get propoints. There is an app for the IPhone that you can use - google it.

The old weight watchers was based on saturated fat.

The new pro points is complete different it goes by carbs, protein, total fat, and fibre. But on this system you get more points. If I was you I would look in the local paper for a join for £1 voucher, go along and pick up the book. Stay after the meeting and here what its all about. Then you can either join or go off and do it yourself.

My ww pro points per day is 29. I also have a bucket of 49 to use during the week. If I dont use by bucket, then i lose it and get a new one. If I dont use my 29 in the day I cannot carry it over.

Thanks very much, both of you. I definitely don't want to start the ProPoints system because I know the old one so well and don't even have to think about it. Never mind, it's not much of a problem, just every now and again when I don't know the value of something.

I'm exactly the same - I use this website which does both systems - if you scroll down a bit you can enter certain info to calculate the old points.

I feel exactly the same!
I was actually attending ww when it moved to Pro-points. I felt so cheated as they was selling all their books, food scales etc half price the week b4 (which alot of us brought). The following week these items became redundant.

I tried my best to use the Pro-points but ended up leaving as I couldn't get the hang of it.

I'm recently started my diet using the old points.
The only thing I can say is look in charity shops, bootfairs or ebay and buy the old books (they're quite cheap now) and continue the old points way.

It's was a much better way, only looking at 2 items instead of 4. I don't know why ww every changed it.
