what do you eat when you have the munchies and you can't stop thinking about the cheese in the fridge?

I have had half a mango, some carrot, some cold rice and some celery.

what i really want is some white toast with an inch of butter and a pound of cheese.

and i can't have 'just a small piece' because that would lead to another small piece, and another, and before i stop i will have eaten the lot.

I eat some fruit
then some nuts
then some dry crackers
then some biscuits
then some chocolate
then I EAT THE CHEESE Grin

It would be better to just eat the cheese in the first place.

But you are better off eating the cheese as that is what you want, rather than eating everything else that will end up being more calories in the long run.

Surely better to eat the cheese, no carbs? But then I can't imagine eating more than 30-40g of cheese as surely you'd feel full after that amount? Try listening to Paul McKenna?

Mango high in sugar, and cold rice, these are not good diet snacks.

I eat a pot of activia fruit fat free yoghurt. Ideally have a bowl of undressed salad or fat free low carb soup.

was only a v small bit of rice and my first carb of the day. i needed it. it called to me.
i've gone right of yogurt and can't face any more lettuce. I WANT CHEESE.

I think Paul Mckenna has a tapping technique. My main strategy was drinking either herbal tea / diet sprite / diet coke.
