Excercise DVD help needed.....

I hope this is the right place to post. I've started the couch to 5km process and I'm actually enjoying it (weird for someone who was always picked last in Games).

I have realised however that running just isn't going to deal with my flabby tum, it is pretty difficult fitting the running in, so I thought I should get an exercise DVD.

Only problem is I'm totally overfaced by the choice, I would like something that will address the tummy, not take too long (20-30 mins max), and not require any additional equipment. Any suggestions (other than shredding-that looks terrifying), would be fab, thanks.

There is a good range of DVDs called 10 minute solutions, they are only cheap off amazon, and they are 5 lots of 10 minute workouts so you can do as much or little as you want. They do a couple of abs ones - Blast off Belly Fat and Quick Tummy Toners. They get really good reviews on amazon.

Trust me The Shred isn't terrifying - hard work yes -but terrifying no. Plus it makes you feel amazing once you have done it. PROMISE x
