I did ww 8 years ago, the standard points diet and lost 4 stone. After ds2 born I did their no-count diet and lost all the baby weight and found that diet better than the points one. How is the new pro-points diet different? is it better? can someone outline the basic elements in a short way so i can decide whether to join or not.... thanks

They calculate your daily propoints allowance using your height/age/weight and you have this amount of points to spend each day. On top of this you have 49 weekly points to use. Most fruit and veg is 0 propoints everything else has its own points value.
I cant comment on the old way as this is my first go at WW been doing it 8 weeks and lost 25lbs.
