Does anyone own one? Are they worth the money? Do they get rid of belly fat right at the front not just the sides???

need to lose 3 stone and thinking of trying weightloss pills from weight loss clinics. have heard phentermine is quite effective but does anyone know for sure? and/or is there any other effective diet pills?
