Can anyone recommend a low calorie dinner recipe book?

Hi.
Im looking to cut down my calorie intake to loose some weight and am doing ok with breakfast and lunch but struggling with dinners.

I want some low calorie meals I can cook for me and the rest of my family but recipes that they hopefully wont realise are low calorie.

Any ideas?

Many thanks x

It's not a recipe book, but I get all my low calorie supper recipes from BBC Good Food

You can search by groups of recipes (eg low fat) or by ingredient and then specify how many calories you want in your meal - they group by under 200, 200 - 400 etc. There's loads of stuff on there that we eat, in fact most of my cooking repertoire is now BBC Good Food based, and it helped DH and I lose over 2 1/2 stone each last year!
