I promised myself I'd start shredding again today (various crappy reasons/ excuses for stopping) and was all set in my gear with mat down and weights ready when I found that the DVD wasn't in its box! A quick hunt didn't reveal it so I made up a 20 minute routine based on what I could remember. I didn't need another excuse not to start tonight. Anyway, in case I can't find it before tomorrow evening's slot (very likely I won't in this chaos that is my house), can someone tell me the exercises in phase one (I know that's not what it's called, I can't even remember that!)?
