Seriously faddy - but will it work?

So. I lost a load of weight last year with a sensible eating plan (British Heart Foundation) but have noticed it creeping back on thanks to my huge appetite over the last month or so, buying krep to eat at work, and matching DH square for square of chocolate in front of the box. I want to blitz it to get back on an even keel.

We grow loads of fruit and veg and keep chickens, so I was idly musing about the possibility of only eating things produced on the premises.

We currently have

eggs, broad beans (so that's the protein);
potatoes (carb);
lettuce, spinach, upcoming beetroot, sweetcorn, tomatoes, cucumbers, a few vegs in the freezer;
strawberries, raspberries, redcurrants, upcoming cherries, apples.

Home made wine.

Do you reckon I could do it? Could you???

Not much protein in broad beans... You wouldn't starve thought provided you like eggs! How long are you planning to do it for?

I don't think I could do it for more than two or three weeks ...

Maybe add some extra protein: dairy and some meat & fish - could then do indefinitely.
