I have been doing Jillian Michaels' 30 day Shred for over 40 days now and have seen great results (lost 30cms all over) but am finding it hard to shift the last bit of baby tummy. I have joined myfitnesspal to track my eating which has helped but the tummy seems to be loitering. It's not even that big, it just sticks out when I wear a close fitting dress and is fat covering my abs.
I've got 3 weeks to shift it - any ideas?
