Hello,
I finally braved the scales today and found out I'm a sturdy 10 stone 10lbs. And I'm only 5ft3.
Now, I have a history of anorexia so have found the weight gain part of pregnancy really hard. I want to shift a couple of stones, but sensibly this time round.
My baby is almost 8 weeks old, so we haven't got much time for cooking fancy things, so jacket potatoes and soup are featuring quite heavily in our diet.
Does anyone have any recommended diet plans that have worked for them?
