I have begun a meal replacement diet for a month cos I think if do it any longer I will fail or kill someone. Then introducing the food back in slowly. Also I am a lazy mare first thing in the morning so this helps.
2 replacements and then a main meal at night. 1200 per day I was aiming for and 450 plus from exercising.
I lead a busy life as it is so I am wondering what exercise to do per day. I have a belly which I hate by the way but I have had a fair few kids. So any tips would be welcome.
