Has anyone else tried this? I started it over 2 weeks ago, and have now lost 5lb :) very pleased with oneself, my husband who was slightly overweight started it just before me, and by using this alone, and no gym, just normal daily exercise etc like walking dog :) He has now lost 8lb!!!!
I'm disabled so real exercise is out the window, i dabble with pilates and a bit of wii fit, but thats me, so the calorie thing has worked for me. I only have a little left to lose but I just wanted to know if anyone else was using this and would like to help me along the way?!
