30 day shred users - Good for toning firming not weight loss?

I have read some reviews on the shred and it sounds really good to get back into shape (which I need to do 10 weeks post natal) However I mainly need to tighten up the wobbly bits as opposed to losing any weight. Would you still recommend the shred even though I don't want to lose any weight?

Yes, I would say that it is better for firming/toning than for weight loss. It probably uses up 200-300 calories, so even if you did it every day for a month without changing eating habit unlikely to loose more than 1-2lbs overall. And of course you could eat more!

I agree with Forever, I have just finished 30 days (DS is 4 months old) and whilst I only lost about a pound or two, I lost 29cms from my chest, waist, hips, thighs and upper arms and my jeans are falling off. I ate mt usual rubbish. It's definitely worth measuring yourself before you start.
