I have one week before holiday, need dramatic weight loss tips!

I do need to lose about 3 stone, but anything would do for next week.
Just booked this holiday last minute
Shall I just stick to calore counting and the gym?
Or anyone got any secret hints?

Personally I think you'd get best results in a week with very low fat and carbs. Basically stick to turkey/chicken breast, eggs, white fish, cottage cheese and green veggies.

(Or maybe slimfast?)

With that sort of diet should loose loads of retained fluids, maybe even up to half stone in a week. Even with best will and motivation can't see that you could loose 3 stone in less than 12 weeks.

HAHA, I'm not expecting to lose 3 stone!!
I just mentioned that to show that I don't just have half a stone to lose !

That wrap thing looks good, but needs a couple of treatments, but could give me the kickstart that I need

I just want a couple of pounds for next week.
I have done it before, I know you can feel better in a week.
Problem is I have a big weekend planned.

I think Slimfast might be a good idea actually, but if I eat properly on holiday, won't it all just go back on?

Realistically in a week if you loose 7lbs then say 1-2lbs will be fat and 5-6lbs will be water caused by less water rentention due to lower carb intake.

Of course if you eat normally (carbs) again on holiday, the water will go straight back on, and depending on the quantities the fat will too.

You can't loose 7lbs of fat in one week.

Cut carbs. Eat only veg and protein. Don't do it longer than a week, though.

well I had the wrap treatment!!
It was hilarious. little paper knickers!
Never had anything like that before
Girl was fantastic,did all my measurements, and I lost 10 inches!!! obviously it's all relative because those 10 inches are over about 15 measuring points.

Anyway, she talked so much about drinking water and detox and no sugar or caffeine, that I have been shamed into it.
Been very good today.
Had chicken salad for lunch and a veg pot for dinner
And some satsumas
no alcohol,that's kinda my downfall

Well change of plan, got tonsillitis, which would have been good for the weight loss, but had major reaction to the antibiotics, really sick and nauseous and stomach pain,mainly cos my stomach was too empty!!
Need to eat a bit more to take the tablets, not slept all night cos of the pain!
