Weightwatchers Propoints - how is a big plate of chips and egg with ketchup the same as

salmon, new potatoes and veg

(10 for first - 250g chips, 1 egg and 10 for second salmon and 200g new pots)

and whya re mccain oven chips less points than home-made chips, par-boiled and baked with spray oil

I feel I am getting this wrong somehow

I would imagine its because because 1 egg is only 65 calories whereas 1 small portion of salmon (120g) is 235 calories. 200g new potatoes is 150, whereas 200g oven chips is around 300 calories. So if you are calorie counting the salmon is around 150 more than the egg, and the chips around 150 more than the potatoes.

But I have never done weightwatchers....

I used to do ww, but hated all the feckin counting!
