was gonna do dukan diet with dh but after eating breakfast -the thought of that much meat[urgh] so decided to swap to slimming world and do a red day [did slimming world years ago]
So today I have had
breakfast- 2 eggs scrambled, 3slices ham, 4 homemade chicken meatballs and 1 tablespoon cottage cheese.
2 coffees with semi skimmed milk
A mullerlight
3 glasses diet coke
roasted chicken with broccoli, eggplant, peppers, carrot, onion, mushroomstir fried in 2 tablespoons of olive oil[can't get dryfry here-not seen it yet anyway]
Is this ok?
What would be the healthy extras
and can I have a g and t later
help??
