Am now on day 5 of SW and have found it fairly easy to do and very liberating from my usual calorie counting diets...but I am still really hungry most of the time Hmm

Am I doing something wrong or should I be hungry?

Am eating loads of the free foods - in fact, far more than I would have done previously so surely I shouldn't be hungry?

However, it is a different kind of hunger which I can only put down to the fact that I am not eating my usuall sugary crap/chocolate/cakes etc so my blood sugar is staying more stable (I used to get really shaky and faint if I was hungry whereas this week, I have never felt like that once despite being hungry all the time!)

Are you eating plenty of filling stuff, like pasta and potatoes?
Make sure you have some syns each day too.

Yes, I am eating tons and tons of pasta, potatos and rice - because I am not eating my tea until the DC are in bed today, I had a 5pm 'snack' of a huge bowl of pasta Grin

I am eating my syns aswell - am doing everything I should but am still hungry Sad

Oooh I dunno then. Your leader will be able to advise. Maybe it's all in the mind because you think you are on a diet and therefore should be hungry.

Are you eating lots of fruit as snacks too?
