I've just bought Maya Fiennes Kundalini Yoga - to Detox and De-stress. I think it's very good - check out the reviews on Amazon.

Don't spend any money on buying a DVD yet - go to yogajournal.com and try some of the videos under the multimedia section.

Once you know which one suits you, then order their DVD, or just keep doing ones from the site.

It depends what style of yoga you like - I love the Jason Crandell ones.
