tesco fat free natural greek style. its low in carbs! also tesco normandy fromage frais. i guess that doesn't help if you shop in sainsbury!

Nope, Ocado. But can go to Tesco tomorrow. TBH I don't really like Greek or Greek style, but maybe that's the best it's going to get!

Well the tesco one is sweeter (and hence slightly higher carbs) than the totals one which i find too harsh. Maybe waitrose do their own? Have bought the waitrose essentials natural yoghurt - think any of these are ok as have nothing added.

Am yet to find a fruit / vanilla etc yoghurt that doesn't have some sugar of some kind added. Now if I want a fruit yoghurt defrost some frozen blueberries (i know thats cheating!) and add them or I add vanilla essence.
