I'm really short (4'11), and around 11.5 stone atm. I was a really overweight kid and lost alot of weight in my teens and was around 7 stone til I settled down and the weight has just piled back on in the past couple of years.
I've tried slimfast and atkins but found them hard to follow every day. I don't fancy joining a group like WW or SW. Just want to eat less and move about more with little targets every day - such as reach 10,000 steps today, do exercise dvd or don't eat more than 1100 calories.
Anybody wanna join for motivation?
