I would like to lose weight after having my dd 6 months ago. My biggest culprit is snacking as I am at home. I am currently shredding with Jillian but would like some help with diet. I have heard so many amazing stories of others doing WW Pro Points that I would like to do it too. Can anyone give me some ideas on what to eat or point me in the right direction. Ta

If you really want to do it join online and lie about weight?

How much do you weigh, how tall are you and whats your target?

I am 5ft 6in and weigh 10stone 5lbs, I would love to go down to 9 and a half stone. My weight is around my stomach, bottom and thighs! I am a size 12 bottom and size 10 top.

Have you tried myfitnesspal.com? Its free and gives you a calorie allowance, you enter food eaten and it adds it up. It also takes into account your exercise so the more you move, you earn more calories.

I am a inch shorter and a few pounds lighter and I use ww online. Maybe recheck?
