Because I'm beginning to think I might be! I am going a bit Paul McKenna ('feel' hunger), a bit Idiot Proof (no carbs!), and a bit Gillian Riley (nothing is out of bounds, eat when you want but review the consequences before you do)...
Must sort myself out! It'd be very easy to mess up big time if one selected the 'treat' parts of all the diets without the compensatory 'difficult parts'!
