hi all, thinking of following general Dukan principles but without the book could do with some advice. I'm 5ft6 weigh 10st 13 and according to Dukan have an ideal weight of 9st9, 3 kids, normal bone structure, lowest weight since 18 about 8.5st
I assume I need to do this 5 day protein only attack phase but what then? I really need to lose half a stone to avoid buying new dress for impt event in 2 and a half weeks.
Also are low fat cheeses ok in attack phase?
