Raw food restaurants and pro points

Hi,

Does anyone here eat at a raw food restaurant? How on earth do you start with counting points? Obviously there's loads of fruit and veg which isn't counted, but there is lots of nuts, seeds and oils used which must be quite high. I'm thinking things like the dehydrated pizza bases and deserts are particularly tricky to point.

Any ideas? Smile

I went to one (saf in shoreditch), not doing weight watchers though.... doing MFP.

Basically impossible to work out how many calories - yes lots of nuts seeds and oils. Was v careful all day before I went, and ate starter and main course and passed on dessert and didn't have any wine etc. And then went to gym next day and didn't eat exercise calories.

Never mind. I just counted it as being my weeklies, so it should have been more than covered. Thanks for your reply.
