Just reading through the books, seems sensible, doable and simple. Anyone had success with this?

Just wondered how everyone is getting on now? This thread's been quite quiet. After a few false starts with the Body Blitz, I'm finally on my way with it the last few days. Did a sneaky weigh in this morning and have lost nearly 3lbs since Wednesday so delighted! Am off on hols 3 weeks today so would love to have another 7lbs off by then. Hope everyone else is doing well Smile
