Eat crap on a night :(

Decide which diet you're going to follow and buy in the stuff you need (and get the rest of the family to finish off the stuff you really shouldn't have in the house- no point starting the diet with even more to lose!). Read up everything you can about it.

Check you are really ready to try losing weight. Yoyo dieting is worse than no diet, imo. You are going to have to restrict the wine, at least in the first few weeks!

what sort of diet are you thinking of?

An easy diet. iv got no willpower but i need to loose the weight now :( i hate it nothing fits me, i feel huge for my size. Im 4ft 11 and 10st 5lb. i was very happy at nine stone but better at eight stone. i have switched bread for wholemeal, i need to stop sugar in my coffee and drink more water, im going to the gym tomorrow for 2 hours. going to make a healthy tea tomorrow so thats a start.

Have you considered an non-diet approach?

Ok, cut out all sugar and white carbs.
Fill up on vegetables at lunch and dinner and have protein at each meal. Limit fat and healthy carbs (but do have some) - eg one slice of wholemeal bread not 2.

Also consider Paul McKenna to help with willpower.
