Just bought a month's supply of Exante!!

It should arrive tomorrow,feel nervous but excited,have been struggling for 6 mths now,hoping this will sort me out!!

Anyone else done Exante?

Big fan of Exante here! I have been on it 3 weeks and lost 17 lbs.

Day one today,my order arrived (i just bought the months supply of shakes,i'm doing the total solution,thought i'd try the shakes first) i'm suprised at how nice they taste

In the evening i usually drink white wine and soda,so tonight i have a wine glass of sparkling water!! (it's almost the same!)

You have to be very careful with what you drink, nothing with citric acid in it (it seems to kick you out of ketosis) you need to look for drinks that have malic acid in instead (Coke Zero, Dr Pepper zero etc.)
It's really important to drink the 4 litres of water a day, it helps the weight loss!
I like the shakes and I actually love all of the soups, but dont like the bars - you can replace these with the Tesco, Asda or Biggest loser bars for the same effect (but no more than one bar per day due to carb level).
Otherwise it's a fab diet - my issues with food go way beyond the 'you need to eat healthy' malarky and I needed to take food out of the equation for a while and I love Exante for having a solution with no added chemicals that helped me do it.
If you need extra motivation try the minimims boards, there are people over there on Exante who have lost 5 stone+

I am only drinking water,normal tap water during the day and sparkling tonight (no flavours or anything).

Can't stop going to the ladies!!!

I know this prob sounds silly but i feel better already,just 12 hours in!!

I'm just waiting for my Exante to be delivered. More nervous about the voices in my head reminding me that I'm going to be deprived of food for so long.How are you getting on?
