Do you plan a blow-out?!

On the basis, that, being human, we'll fall off the wagon at some stage!

Do you plan exactly how you're going to blow it? As in 'On Friday evening I will eat 3 slices of pizza with the works, then I will stop and be back on my regime on Saturday morning'.

Though I guess the big killer is more-that-one glass of wine??

I kind of do, yes. Weekends are a bit more relaxed that weekdays foodwise - and i do not allow myself chocolate or nice treats like that in the week. Makes the weekends pretty attractive:)

Not a blow out, but would think that I was going to a BBQ and would allow myself to go over 1200 calories for that day and would allow myself a small amount of dessert.

Am now on maintenance phase of diet so am a bit more relaxed than I was but blow-out likely to be sensible meal of say grilled chicken and salad rather than pizza.
