post-work out munchies...

Im on the mission to lose weight, tone and get fit and have just started zumba classes and have been doing wii dance at home. I feel great afterwards but have the most uncontrollable post- work out munchies afterwards and crave choclate and crisps am undoing all of my hard work. Does anyone get like this and what foods are goo to much on afterwards.

bananas. Dried fruit/nut mix but only a small handfull

Yoghurt is best! Good balance of protein and carbs.
