Are yuo suppose to shred every day??

I have been doing this for the last four days and I ache...am I suppose to have a break or continously do it. My legs ache more than anything. I am really interested in losing the belly after having my dd 5 months ago.

i did it most days - taking 1 or 2 days off a week.

I was just about to post this as i have done one day!!!! And i ache all over. I was going to do it every other day until my muscles got used.

I started last Thursday morning. Friday and Saturday I could barely move but still shredded on those days and bizarrely the only time I wasn't in complete agony was when I was actually doing the exercise! By Sunday I was much improved and back to normal by Monday. Stick at it, it won't take long for your body to get used to it. Sunday evening I went for a 3 mile walk and I think that also helped stretch my legs out a good bit.
