I'm not massively hungry to be honest, but I'm supposed to stick rigidly to my 1500 cals a day, however I've only had 1000 today. Just made a cup of tea and those biscuits are very tempting. 500 cals of something healthy would be far too much for me to eat, I'm thinking 5 apples or 4 bananas or something like that. However I reckon 3 chocolate hobnobs will take me up to my 1500 cals :o
