am wondering whether to try it or whether it will end up gathering dust along with all the others...
i used to be fab and fit, not im fat and a bit fit....i would love to drop about 10lb and tone up - i am a regular in the gym but ive never lost any weight and i put it on really easily now a days....
anyone done this one?
