Does anyone know how you factor bf into counting calories etc? Are there any plans that can help you do it? Am wanting to shift the last stone and a bit of baby weight. Any advice would be great, cheers

Try myfitnesspal.com, it gives you an allowance for breastfeeding. It's free, works out how many cals you shoudl be eating & lists the cals in almost every food item, it's quite good.

That's great, thanks, I joined mfp yesterday, but can't find how I add the bf stuff, do you know where it is? Cheers

My friend is BFing, and when I view her food diary, at the bottom it says "extra added for breastfeeding", so I think you must add it when you do your food diary?

Thanks, still couldn't see how to add it specifically so have created it as an activity!
