Bought the dvd and started yesterday, did it in my pyjamas whilst dd was asleep and I had 30 mins to myself. We have carpeted floor so did it bare foot. is this ok???? After the first session I nearly had a heart attack, hope it gets easier, I am planning to do it every morning.

Personally I would recommend at the very least trainers and a sports bra, if you were nude apart from that then fine but both ankles and boobs need some support as there are some high intensity parts.

oh and it does get easier you will be surprised how quickly you find it easier but remember as soon as you find it easier then try and make it harder again (up the weights, do the full on versions of exercises). If you find it easy it's probably not working anymore.

def agree on the sports bra & trainers - anything else is up to you!

If you're near a Debenhams, they had a lot of sports bras on sale at my local one yesterday. I got a very very good Shock Absorber one for just 8 quid.

Agree with others, you will knacker your knees without some decent trainers (and could give yourself a black eye without a decent sports bra, depending how well endowed you are Grin).

Oh and also, you will SERIOUSLY sweat, particularly on level 2, so you need something you can change out of and wash.
