I did the shred and it was great. I lost quite a lot of weight and cms. I was also militant on Myfitnesspal.
Then, I got lazy. 6 weeks of eating too much, DH on holidays from work for a month. I stopped everything and put 2/3s of it all back on.
Today I have started from the beginning again. I did Level 1 day 1 today and have started logging all of my food on MFP.
I really want to stick to it and im scared I will get bored and lose focus. I always do the shred when my 11 month old has her morning sleep which is about 9.30 am. This morning I found myself trying to keep her awake longer because it felt to early to get down to the exercise!
Is there anyone who wants to do this with me?? It would be great to have a few other people to keep each other going. I am going to see my family in Australia in 6 weeks and I really want to surprise them with how amazing I look ha ha ha
