Does anyone have any dairy-free low calorie meal recipe ideas?

Quorn mince bolognaise sauce (containing chopped tomatoes and other veggies), poured over chopped cauliflower....

if i am trying to be really good i will fill my plate with four different veg and have qith quorn sausages or something else quorn... Love this dinner and should have it more
